Delete here on the web
You can delete your account right now without the app. Sign in with the same account you use in NorLevel, then confirm — your account and data are deleted immediately.
Sign in to verify it's your account, then confirm deletion.
Delete from within the app
You can permanently delete your NorLevel account and all associated data directly in the app:
- Open NorLevel and go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. You do not need to contact us — the in-app option deletes your account on its own.
Delete by email
If you can no longer access the app, email us at hayk.grigoryan27@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request against your account and process it.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, we delete the personal data tied to it, including:
- Your account and profile (email, biological sex, height, weight, age)
- Questionnaire answers and personalized program data
- Workout logs (sets, reps, weights, durations)
- Nutrition and meal entries
- Push notification token and subscription status held in our database
Your profile, workout logs, questionnaire answers, and meal entries are removed from our database within 30 days. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis within 90 days. Anonymous aggregate statistics that cannot be used to identify you may be retained.
Subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
